Baxter Credit Union Website Redesign
BCU's ask was as many client's were — make our site look better. After extensive research into the financial industry as a whole we saw exactly what we thought would exist, a dry and boring exterior full of suits and numbers. As the task stood, to create a beautiful looking website was simple, but there was more that needed to be done to match exactly what the brand wanted to be. In redefining the ask we found that it was closer to: Create a strong, cohesive digital experience on BCU.org, one that would service current members’ banking needs and effectively recruit new members in a less transactional and more human-focused way.
